What Happened to America?

by Pastor Elmore

Part 1:  Would you like to live in America in its early days?   Was America Christian back then, or they more Christian now?  What changed America to what it is now?

Part 2:  Jews were evicted from England in 1290 and from Spain in 1492.  Where did the jews go and what was their revenge?

Part 3:  How the national bank scandal began.

Are All Men Descended from One Blood?

Scripture Reading:  Psalms 105:6-11

In the Answers in Genesis’ book, “One Race, One Blood,” written by Ken Ham, a white, and Charles Ware, a black man in 2010, it makes the statement:  “Marriage is a litmus test for racism, usually revealing what we really believe about those from other people groups—and there are a significant number of Christians (particularly in America) who would claim that such ‘interracial’ marriages directly violate God’s principles in the Bible, and should not be allowedpage 124.

Black Kali and White Devils

Scripture Reading:  Exodus 23:25-33

KaliThe modern religion books say that Hinduism has grown to become the world’s third largest religion, after  apostate (1) Judeo-universalism-Christianity and (2) Muslim Islam. But with 1,000,000,000 adherents to their religion, they vastly surpass true covenant Christianity.  It is the dominant religion in India, Nepal, and among the Tamils in Sri Lanka.  And it has become in recent years a major influence in both Christianity and among non-Christians in the United States and around the world.

Hinduism differs from Christianity and other monotheistic religions in that it does not have:

  • A single founder
  • A specific theological system
  • A single concept of deity
  • A single holy text
  • A single system of morality
  • A central religious authority
  • The concept of a prophet.

About all my knowledge of Hinduism was what I learned in school.

The Grandson of Esau

Scripture Reading: Genesis 26:34-35

While reading some of the New Covenant Messengers of the past, I became interested in the bible study notes that were written by my friend, Steve B. of Knoxville, Tennessee.  I used his study, published 15 years ago, for many of the facts brought in this message.

It was a bible study that dealt with Amalek. Who was he?  Genesis, chapter 36 gives us the answer.  This chapter is all about the genealogy of Esau.   It tells of the early family tree of Esau.   Esau had four wives; three of them are mentioned in Genesis 36.

Scripture Reading Psalms 55:15

Before I begin my message, as I promised you:  I will not forget about the Sandy Hook massacre which was a hoax.  Here is another hoax of the government’s misleading comments:

Natalie Hammond, the assistant principal in the Sandy Hook shooting that took place in December 14, 2012, was heaped praise at the Boston Bruins ice hockey game.  She was given the award of tossing the puck to begin the game.  It was only a ceremonial toss, but it was a gesture that honored her.  She walked out onto the ice and dropped the puck between the two opposing players.  After she did this, they both shook hands with her.  Then the game began after she walked off the ice.

But which story is correct?

Abraham's Family

Scripture Reading: Romans 9:6-8

Romans 9:6-8 “Not as though the word of God hath taken none effect.  For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children:  but, IN ISAAC SHALL THY SEED BE CALLED. That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God:  but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

Series of newspaper articles on six million Jews

To properly understand today's Scripture reading, one has to be able to understand the family of Abraham.  Who was it who eventually became the wife of Almighty God?

Make Love Not War

Scripture Reading: Matthew 27:20-27

This week the Supreme Court held opinions on the issue about same-sex marriages.  There are nine (9) states out of fifty (50) so far that have made it legal; and the Supreme Court is to decide if this is constitutional and if the federal government can grant the national benefits of marriage to the sodomites.

The Supreme Court consists of 6 Roman Catholics and 3 Jews; 6 men and 3 women.  What!  No Protestants!  No Bible believers! Some women?  Prior to our Constitution, every one of the 13 State Charters forbid all Roman Catholic and Jewish members from holding any office which would include any office in the Supreme Court or even voting in any election--only white Christian men, and not all of them!

Three of the Supreme Court Judges are women.  They couldn’t hold a state office or even vote after the Constitution was made valid; that is during the first 131 years of the nation's existence.  Women, in the United States, gained the right to vote in 1920; after many years of meetings, debates and struggles which finally led to an affirmative vote.  There has been more years in our country when women could not hold office or vote that when they could; 131 to 93!  What was the difference--we were more Christian back then and more jewish now.  We were free back then and are jewish Communists now.

Kol Nidre

by Pastor Don Elmore

March 17, 2013

Scripture Reading:  Hebrews 13:20

Kol Nidre is one of the major secrets of the Jewish religion.  On the evening service of the Day of Atonement, Yom Kippur, the jews all over the world gather in their synagogues and hear the prayer chanted three times.  It is an annual event for them. But let’s go to the Jewish Encyclopedia and see what it says about this prayer and how it is performed (emphases mine).

“Prayer recited in the synagogue at the beginning of the evening service on the Day of Atonement; the name is taken from the opening words. The ‘Kol Nidre’ has had a very eventful history, both in itself and in its influence on the legal status of the Jews. Introduced into the liturgy despite the opposition of rabbinic authorities, repeatedly attacked in the course of time by many halakists, and in the nineteenth century expunged from the prayer-book by many communities of western Europe, it has often been employed by Christians to support their assertion that the oath of a Jew can not be trusted.

Sandy Hook's Familiar Spirits

by Pastor Don Elmore

March 3, 2013

Scripture Reading: Deuteronomy 14:1-3 “Ye are the children of the LORD your God: ye shall not cut yourselves, nor make any baldness between your eyes for the dead.  For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself; above all the nations that are upon the earth.  Thou shalt not eat any abominable thing.”

The rest of the chapter tells the Israelites what they are to eat and what they are forbidden to eat. Why are they to do this? Because they are a holy people unto the LORD! If you eat any of the foods that are an abomination to the LORD is because you do not want to be a holy people.

So, what we eat is to be found in the Bible. Where do we find all the other answers for our life? Do we go to Dr. Phil, or Dr. Laura, or Oprah, or do we write to someone like Dear Abby, or go to any psychologist, or to any psychiatrist. Do we go to someone who can read our palms or read the stars or do we read our horoscopes. When I was young, in my pre-teens and early teenage years, I would read my horoscope everyday that was in the newspaper and try and see how true they were. I didn’t know it was against God’s laws.

There are forces of evil: which includes politicians, business leaders, sport players, musicians, preachers, educators, etc.

And there are forces of good: God the father, His Son, and the Holy Spirit, and the people whom He leads, etc.

Where do we find the answers to questions that we have about our life? They are all found in the Bible.
