Make America Born Again

Sermon notes of Pastor Mark Downey

August 7, 2015

Scripture Reading:  Isaiah 51:1-4

The ulterior motive for today's title is nothing more than a hook; more precisely, a fishing net. “And He [Jesus] said to them, Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men” Mt. 4:19. Biblical fishing “gathers the good into vessels, but cast the bad away” Mt. 13:48. The theme of the recent 4 day GOP convention (2016) had four permutations of Trump's “Make America Great Again” slogan, which were: make America safe again, make America work again, make America first again and make America one again. I thought I heard that the last night would be 'Make America Born Again,' but I was mistaken. Nevertheless, I thought: Wow what a wonderful Christian punctuation to an otherwise secular “interfaith” kumbaya fest, even though “born again” is one of the worst translations in the Bible causing untold damage to the real “lost sheep of the house of Israel.” And I'll get into that later as well as who or what makes America anything, what is the right work for America and what do we mean by “one.” But, the whole idea of making America one thing or another has been the ideology of many facets of the American political/religious landscape; when it should only be the Christian Identity of our founding fathers; who understood the racial theocracy at its inception or rather conception, because America was the rebirth of true Israel, not the antichrist jews in 1948. We must ponder whether God will make America America again or whether the antichrists will make America Babylon again. Well, America is up to its eyeballs in Babylon if you look in any direction. We are lost again. But, there is solace in knowing that Babylon is destined for a fall.

The Future of Prophecy Part 6

Scripture Reading: Isaiah 46:9-10

Prophecy is our heavenly Father's business and it's what His Son told His earthly parents, Mary and Joseph, when inquiring as to His whereabouts, still a mere child, “Jesus said to them, Why is it that you were looking for Me?  Didn't you know that I had to be in My Father's house?” Luke 2:49.  In other words, it was necessary for Him to be engaged in matters concerning God's occupation of time; His time on earth was a divine work.  “The testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy” Rev. 19:10.  God created time and therefore transcends the past, present and future.  The Lord is not bound by time and space as we are.

Scripture Reading:  Jeremiah 30:11:

“For I am with thee saith the LORD, to save thee; though I make a full end of all nations to which I have scattered thee, yet will I not make a full end of thee, but I will correct thee in measure, and will not leave thee altogether unpunished.”

This is just one verse of Scripture, but it tells a very unpopular story.  For it tells that all the countries of the world are not equal in the eyes of God.  It says that Yahweh is with some group of nations for the purpose of saving them.  And He makes the promise that although He will make a full end of all the nations that He has scattered His people to, yet He will not make a full end of them.  He adds that He will punish them, but He will not see them totally destroyed.

Who are the nations that God will not make a “full end of?”  That is the story that is told throughout the Bible.

Full page knee-jerk headline in the New York Daily News a few days after another alleged mass shooting in San Bernardino, CA, on 12-2-15“God Isn't Fixing This” was the full page headline in the New York Daily News a few days after another alleged mass shooting in San Bernardino, CA, on 12-2-15.  This time the theater of blood focused on Muslims killing 14 people for no apparent reason other than the FBI proclaiming it an act of terrorism.  Are we to believe everything the media scribes tell us after a steady diet of false flag operations and blatant deliberate lies following 9/11?  The pattern of cliches has become so knee-jerk and predictable that people's acceptance or rejection of the dialectic have become laughable or a great time of sorrow.  Yes, people have died; others have faked it.  Are there any smoking guns?  The smokiest one appears to be an assault on God Himself, reviving the old soundbyte from the April 8, 1966 cover of Time magazine that said “God Is Dead.”  Apparently, He isn't dead, He just isn't fixing terrorism.  And this is really mocking the omnipotence of God, not the political hacks.

Scripture Reading: Leviticus 19:33-34

Referring to the Scripture reading, if these were the only verses in the Bible, then we could conclude that we must love all strangers as ourselves.  So, any stranger who comes in our land, we should consider him as being one born among us.  We could adopt Asians, marry Mexicans and welcome all the different strangers to be citizens of our land.  We could be a great multi-cultural society.  But there are other verses in the Bible.  What do they say?

Numbers 1:51: “And when the tabernacle setteth forward, the Levites shall take it down:  and when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up, and the stranger who cometh near shall be put to death.”

Jeremiah 51:51: “We are confounded, because we have heard reproach; shame hath covered our faces; for strangers are come into the sanctuaries of the LORD’S house.”

After church service last Sunday, I got home and I read the Sunday Cincinnati Enquirer.  I eventually got to the Forum Section and I couldn’t believe the headline:  “Anti-Semitism that can’t be Ignored.”  I wondered what that was all about.  The title got me interested enough to read the article.

The Future of Prophecy Part 4

Scripture Reading: Matthew 24:5-8

November 29, 2015

Wars and rumors of war.  Which is worse?  Well, don't worry, the future of prophecy is good by way of intelligent design, that no man may write the destiny of mankind without the hand of God.  That design, expressed throughout the Bible, is the preordained purpose to accomplish the will of God.  It is for our edification, which means learning and improvement.  We can look back in history (His story) and witness the veracity of the Word.  That history is an accounting of the progression of the Kingdom of God.  If we have the ears to hear it and eyes to see, we can prepare for the future and learn from the past.  Jewish supremacist decry and deny White Supremacy as something evil; whereas judaism has been the historical adversary to Christianity and the Christian faith has only been advanced by the White race.  What's wrong with that picture?  It is hypocritical and preposterous to claim the identity of God's chosen people while mocking and failing to measure up to the standards of true Israel.  The power of prophecy has the supernatural wherewithal to make an entire race of people repent, because it is the Truth and the Truth is heard and seen.  “Consequently, faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ” Romans 10:17.  It changes our behavior, going from backsliding sinners to repentant believers.  Zuhr strangers cannot hear the Word.  Christ said only His people Israel can hear Him.  “My sheep hear My voice” John 10:27.  The last 2000 years has been one conflict after another.

Scripture Reading:  Matthew 4:17, 6:33

In prophecy, what is the Kingdom?  When Pastor Elmore related his experience from 40 years ago in last week's sermon about his quest for the truth and asked a judeo-Christian minister, “What is the Kingdom?” and to his surprise, the minister said, after consulting stacks of books, “I don't know what it is either,” we can safely say that not much has changed in an entire generation. For such an incompetent reply, these kinds of retarded ministers have no business being behind a pulpit.  Perhaps I Peter 3:15 escaped his mind to “Be ready always to give an answer to every man that asks you a reason of the hope that is in you.”  For the future of prophecy is a hope in the Kingdom of God.

Scripture Reading: Matthew 13:10-11

Jesus and his disciples preached the gospel of the ?   What is the missing word?  When I read the Bible through each month, many years ago; this question was a major inquiry that I had no idea of how to answer.  What was the gospel that our Savior and His disciples preached:  It was the gospel of the kingdom of heaven.  I had no idea what the kingdom was!  Let alone the gospel of the kingdom.

I knew the gospel of personal salvation.  I did not know the gospel of the kingdom.  So, when I went to Florida one summer for a couple of weeks about 40 years ago, to help out an independent Baptist preacher with his personal, secular contract work, while there I asked him this question:  What is the kingdom?

He answered:  “I will study it out and preach you a sermon on it this Sunday.”

I was excited.  I would finally have a whole lot of Scriptures come out of the darkness into the light if I knew the answer to this question.  But I will never forget what happened.

Scripture Reading: Luke 10:2

In prophecy, what is the harvest?  From today's Scripture reading, the harvest simile commenced during Christ's lifetime, as He sent out 35 advance teams of 2 disciples (student interns) each (70) to the venues where Christ would go for ministering.  If the prohibition of going to the heathen and Samaritans was sound advice, is there any reason to believe that they would go to places where Christ was not scheduled to go?  Does one harvest their crops in thickly wooded forest, the frigid tundra or tropical jungles?  No, we harvest our crops from the cultivated areas from which we planted seed and gave nourishment.  Christ bids His students, whether it was directed to the 12 or the 70 is immaterial, to pray for the Lord of the harvest, which is proof of prayer being made to He who has the care and charge of the whole election of grace, to wherever the elect reside, that He will send forth laborers into His harvest.  Why?  Because the elect are scattered throughout the world and are a particularly vast multitude, specifically Christ's compassion for the lost sheep of the house of Israel; men perishing for a lack of knowledge and sheep without a shepherd.  The harvest is not found in every square inch of the earth, but in the fields of the world, where a potential bounty is planted.  Universalism would go on missions where they dared to check Christ's orders.  They lacked not only an understanding of the prophetic harvest, but hindered it as well; they gave that which was holy to the dogs (Mt. 7”6).  Global elitists, i.e. those who want to rule the world without Jesus Christ, do not want Bible prophecy to interfere with the status quo and their power structure.  And so prophecy must be distorted and managed in their favor.

Scripture Reading:  Genesis 27:39-41

Esau passed his hatred of Jacob to his children.  They waited for Jacob to return from Syria after he had left by his father’s and mother’s request.  Esau was ready to murder him.  Let’s review:

  • Jacob received the birthright from Esau in a deal in which Esau traded it for a bowl of red lentil soup.
  • Isaac had blessed Jacob; but Jacob obtained it deceitfully from him with help from his mother.
  • Jacob had been sent to Syria to take a wife of his own kind.  Jacob was charged not to take a wife of the Canaanites.  He married his mother’s niece.
  • Esau’s Canaanite wives did not please his parents, so Esau married his father’s niece; an Ishmaelite.
  • Jacob obeyed his parents by going to Syria.  He was there for 20 years.

Before Jacob left on his journey, his father called to him and blessed him and gave him a charge:

Scripture Reading: I Cor. 13:4-10

If you recall, earlier this year, I did a series called 'Rebuttal to JVT,' and I mocked their promulgation of so called prophetic “blood moons,” the last of which was Monday morning on the 28th of September (2015).  And what spectacular event fulfilled all the hoopla we've been hearing from prophecy experts for the last couple of years?  Nothing, zip, zero, zilch.  The Pope came to America and made a big Jesuit ass out of himself, addressing Congress for the first time ever and not once did he mention Jesus Christ!  There is nothing in the prophets about the rank of Pope.  Russia and China have vowed to fight ISIS, because they know Obongo is Commander in Chief of ISIS.   There is nothing in the prophets allowing strangers, who are not our kin, to rule over us, unless the wrath of God is kindled and we get somebody like Barry Sotero as punishment.  Maybe the Apocalypse has been canceled until the next blood moons in 2033.  John Hagee, one of the most celebrated jewish stooges of the century, has milked this cash cow with his bestselling book rattling the cages of his followers, with the premise that “The coming four blood moons points to a world-shaking event that will happen between April 2014 and October 2015,” told reporters the day after the lunar lunacy, it meant, “an event of historical significance to the Jewish people is occurring or will occur.”  Do you think he could be a little bit more generalized with egg on his face, in saving face?  It's ironic that these prophecy teachers contend that it's the end of the world, when no such thing is taught in the Bible.  Nothing in the prophets indicates the planet earth will cease to exist.  Do you think he cares about God's Law for false prophets?  And why are so many people fooled by fools?  The blind lead the blind.  The prophets were never respected because they went against the status quo.

Scripture Reading:  Acts 15:7-9

The Roman Catholic Pope came to America this week.  At the same time the Unholy Father dropped in on the nation’s capital, the Jews were celebrating their holiest day of the year, Yom Kippur; which was from Tuesday evening to Wednesday evening.  And the Muslims were celebrating one of their two most important festivals, from Wednesday evening to sundown Thursday.

For Muslims, the event meant choosing between overserving their holiday and listening to the pope’s address to Congress, which was pushed back a day to avoid Yom Kippur.  Eid al-Adha, also known as the Feast of Sacrifice, marks the willingness of Abraham to comply with God’s request to sacrifice his son [Isaac], as well as the end of the hajj, the period when Muslims make pilgrimages to Mecca, Saudi Arabia.  At this year’s hajj pilgrimage at least 717 people were killed and more than 850 injured in a stampede outside Mecca.  Hundreds of thousands gathered for the rite, where pebbles are thrown against three stone pillars representing the devil.

Jewish staffers at the White House had to choose between observing Yom Kippur—also known as the Day of Atonement, when traditionally, Jews spend the day fasting and participating in religious services—and being there when the Pope visited with President Obama.   Rabbis and other religious Jews weren’t there among the thousands who welcomed Pope Francis to Washington, D. C.1

Few relationships in the United States’ political history have changed more over time than between United States Presidents and the Roman Catholic Popes.  Once they were totally avoided; they didn’t meet at all.  Now President Obama is the 11th consecutive president to have a meeting with the pope, beginning with President Dwight Eisenhower.

Before the string of 11 consecutive meetings of the presidents with the pope, there was only one president who had ever met the Pope—that was the Jewish controlled President Woodrow Wilson in 1919.  He met the pope in Rome after signing the Versailles peace treaty which ended World War I.

Eliminate Separate Races

By Pastor Don Elmore

November 15, 2015

Scripture Reading:  Acts 13:32

“And we declare unto you the glad tidings, how that the promise which was made unto the fathers, God has fulfilled the same unto us their children…”

Can anyone claim that this is not a racial statement?  Fathers…children is racial.  The Bible is full of statements like this one.  Then how could a Rabbi say the following unless he is deliberately lying?

“If anything, the law should encourage, not forbid, the intermingling of bloods…But legislation cannot change the human heart.  The only way we can accomplish that, the only we can achieve a Final Solution to racial prejudice, is to create a Change of races so universal that no one can preen himself on his racial ‘purity’ or practice the barbarism to safeguard it.

The deliberate encouragement of interracial marriages is the only way to hasten this process.  And it may be that time is growing short.  The dominance of our world has begun to shift, like cargo in a listing vessel, from the White races to the colored.  The sooner we adjust to this fact, the better it will be for our children.  For we might well acknowledge, even the most enlightened of us, that we will never completely eliminate racial prejudice until we eliminate separate races.”  Rabbi Abraham L. Feinberg, Maclean’s Magazine, September 5, 1967.

The Rabbi tells his lie that if they eliminate separate races that it would be better for our children.  Why would it be better?  All that would happen is that our children would no longer be a part of the Kingdom of God!  That is not better, that is worse!  They would be cut off like Esau’s offspring.  They would be a mongrel just like the Rabbi.
