Scripture Reading:  Isaiah 66:8

The united States began when God’s punishment upon Israel expired, if you believe the prophecy of 2520 years, otherwise known as ‘the seven times punishment,’ which began in 745BC with the Assyrian captivity and ended in 1776; July 4th to be exact.  Even more specific and interesting, we can calculate the captivity of Manasseh, which is America, going into captivity in 732BC and coming out of that captivity 2520 years later in the year 1789, the ratification of the Constitution.  All of the tribes of Israel went into captivity at different times and all came out of their respective captivities at different times that coincide with the founding of the European nations and their Constitutions.   Do we ignore these numbers or do we do the math and surmise that God is telling us something?

And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. Scripture Reading: Matthew 13:24-30

The American way of life under the Articles of Confederation and later the Constitution, during America’s first ninety years of existence, had laws and traditions that, in today’s liberal culture, seem to be very strange.  In fact, most present-day Americans would be totally repulsed to live in such a politically incorrect society:  but it was a Christian based society.  How would you like to live in a nation in which:

Scripture Reading:  Psalms 104:14-15 “He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man:  that he may bring forth food out of the earth; And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheth man’s heart.”

I must have been asleep when this battle took place, as I was alive when a lot of it happened.  It lasted for over 25 years and I still was not aware of it occurring.  It began before I was born, and it fought on when I was in elementary, middle, and high school.  It was a major case, and I didn’t learn of it until a couple of months ago.

The two men who fought against each other, Fishbein and Hoxsey, were from different stock.

Fishbein was a jew and Hoxsey an Israelite.  Fishbein flunked anatomy class in college, never completed his internship class and was never a doctor—he never had any patients whatsoever. 

Hoxsey only went to the eighth grade and then he dropped out of school.  He was a coal miner in Illinois, where his grandfather had been a farmer.  His grandfather had a stallion that was his favorite.  It got cancer in its right hoof, and the veterinarian said that it should be destroyed.  Instead, John Hoxsey, his grandfather, who was a Quaker, decided to let his favorite horse go into the pasture and enjoy his final days. 

The horse began to go into one area of the pasture and ate certain herbs that he never had eaten before.  And as he did so, he surprisingly got better and better.  Soon the horse recovered completely and the tumor sloughed away.

Scripture Reading: Exodus 19:3-8

When Moses received the test question from God, the people answered in the affirmative.  This was a religious test even though the words religion and religious are misnomers.  A misnomer is something that is named in error.  One of the first things I learned in Christian Identity is that Christianity is not a religion; it’s a way of life.  Religions are man-made.  Christianity is made by God.  The word religion comes from the Latin ‘religio’ and means ‘to bind anew.’  This word seems originally to have signified an oath or vow to the gods, or an obligation, which was held to be very sacred during the Roman Empire.  However, 200 years ago in America, religion was often synonymous with Christianity for all intents and purposes.  It was the test itself that was the principle of controversy in more recent times.
