If you look at the entire photograph you will notice that there are more people that were there that were trimmed out of the picture.  Notice, also, that the cars are painted with different colors, i.e. green, red, white, blue, etc.  There were supposedly 469 students.  Why were there no other pictures of other students being led to safety?
