What is wrong with the Christians in America? Have they lost their minds? Where is the uproar of their disapproval over who the candidates are for President? It’s like all the mistakes made in the 9/11 diabolical and still most Americans believe that it was the nasty Muslims that flew the planes into the towers. It doesn’t matter to most Americans that building #7 came down at around 5:30 PM that same day in the same manner as the two twin towers; free falling (47 stories in 6 ½ seconds) and the building was not hit by any airplane!
Does speaking the truth make one an enemy in America? It apparently is in this former Protestant land. And so is this Scripture:
“But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who secretly shall bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways, by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of;” 2 Peter 2:1, 2.
As prophesied by Lord Cornwallis at the treaty meeting at the end of the Revolutionary War, the churches of America would “be used to teach the Jew’s religion.” It been over two hundred years since these words were first spoken, but this prophecy has been proven true. Almost all of the churches of America are teaching doctrines which are suicidal and opposite to what was taught in Christianity just a few generations ago.
Easter—Holiday of Resurrection of Jesus Christ; climax of Lent, Maundy Thursday and Good Friday—Easter can be celebrated by anyone, except for those who deny the resurrection of Jesus Christ
Part of the Holidays of Christmas, Lent, Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter, Pentecost….
Passover—Holy Days of Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ for the sins of Israel ONLY; Passover can be celebrated only by Israel and their descendants. The Bible says that it was the Hebrews who were led like sheep from the captivity in Egypt. It certainly wasn’t the Egyptians.
Part of the Biblical holy days of Passover, Pentecost, Day of Atonement, Tabernacles….
Easter—what does this name mean? East; Eastern Star; Eastern religions; has no biblical reference; except to false religions.
And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfill the lusts thereof. Romans 13:11-14

Why We Are Where We Are Part 19

We are where we are because of an ever-increasing compromise and capitulation of the Christian faith by many, with a few exceptions, Protestant and Baptist pastors of all stripes who should be its guardians, have rather become complicit with the popular postmodern ‘Christianity’ philosophy that bears no resemblance to the biblical norm of faith and practice.

Why We Are Where We Are Part 18
by Robert McCurry
There is no disagreement among historians that the Pilgrims who arrived in November of 1620 on the ship Mayflower at New Plymouth, now Provincetown Harbor near Cape Cod, Massachusetts, did not come to America to establish a Hindu, Buddhist, Judaic, Catholic, or Islam nation. A written agreement known as the Mayflower Compact was signed by all 41 of the adult male members on the Mayflower that declared they came here
"In the name of God, Amen. We, whose names are underwritten … Having undertaken for the Glory of God, and Advancement of the Christian Faith …”
